Parties or activities that go against the usual rules of coexistence, hygiene and public order, or that prevent the other guests from resting, are not permitted. Our apartments are smoke-free. We reserve the right to charge a €20 supplement if we detect that smoking has taken place in the apartments. The maximum capacity per apartment is 4 people, regardless of the age of the occupants. If, upon arrival or during your stay, it is found that there are more guests than declared, the booking may be cancelled and you will lose the right to any compensation or refund. Pets are NOT allowed. In the event of non-compliance with the internal code, we reserve the right to evict you from the apartment and notify the relevant authorities. The guest will lose the right to any compensation or refund of the amount paid.
